After deciding to continue using just block colour, I began by converting the rest of my sketches to digital outcomes so that the colour could be applied with ease. There was some experimentation with options of how the colour could be applied as there were a lot of possible variations. however once settled and all the characters were finished I believe the set works very consistently together.
